I changed from working on development to leading and managing products with an emphasis on the fintech sector in June 2020. In this new role, my first big project was organizing and directing the First Bime, Bank, and Broker Conference, a noteworthy gathering of important players in Iran’s financial sector, such as senior bank managers and business experts.

- Product Management & Leadership Transition:
- Transitioned from a technical development role to product management, taking full ownership of the project’s strategic direction and execution.
- Focused on aligning the conference’s technological and operational elements with broader business goals, ensuring that the project delivered value to all stakeholders.

- Led a cross-functional team of developers and designers to create a seamless digital experience for the conference, including an interactive platform for participants.
- Oversaw the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial planning and requirements gathering to final delivery and post-event analysis.

- Worked closely with conference organizers and key stakeholders, including Iranian bank managers and financial professionals, to define and prioritize the event’s objectives.
